ABOUT COGGINS WELLBEING
Hi and Welcome to my page, Coggins Wellbeing!
My name is Harold Coggins, I have been teaching for over 25 years the traditional disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Kung Fu and have achieved the title of a senior teacher and sifu. I have been fortunate in helping many achieve their goals in fitness and wellbeing by overcoming pain, disability, defects and unwanted habits. I have a loving passion for people and believe it is the birthright of every human being to be happy. It is to this end that I dedicate my service. The Coggins Wellbeing System was developed from my own experience and my practice and study of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.
Restoring physical health and pursuing a path of spiritual development became my way of life having successfully healed my own body of various defects which resulted from severe physical trauma in my childhood. I now share my knowledge with an enthusiastic encouragement which enables participants in my classes to overcome physical limitations due to injury or faulty posture.
Coggins Wellbeing System offer special therapy, private one to one or group sessions for those who need recovery from different injuries or minor defects. Each session is tailor made depending on the type of circumstances. Please check testimonials to see a few of my clients statements.

A large part of the illness we suffer are the result of negative mental and emotional issues we have experienced over prolonged periods in our lives.
