WHAT IS PILATES?...
A type of fitness and wellbeing program consisting of low impact flexibility and muscle strengthening and endurance movements. It focuses on correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It helps to prevent and rid the body of defects and is a form of rehabilitation while recovering from some injuries or discomforts. It also helps to promotes sleep and calm the mind.
I promote the idea of one people one destiny in my classes and therefore we are multi cultural, race and gender. Being a warm and loving family we welcome like mindedness to help heal the world around us.
My approach as a teacher requires you to focus your mind and raise your consciousness to a higher level to unblock the channels within the body so that the vital energy can flow throughout your entire being. To achieve this, the mind, body and breath need to be unified as one.
